The crew managed to stay away from the trouble surrounding them arising from the dangerous conditions over 10 competitive stages. Despite breaking a wheel on the sixth stage from hitting a pot hole at 80mph, only a handful of seconds were lost on the way to securing a satisfying result.
The event was won by Telford Auto Club member Will Onions in his Ford Escort.
